Textures are another problem, the full game has a different set for grass and some other bits such as ground foliage which is also lower res when compared directly against the beta though since the beta. (This would also allow for fine tuning various other parameters such as vegetation, fog, weather conditions and more. Bit of a brute force method however compared to the dozens of dozens of cvars for what Cry-Engine uses for TOD or time-of-day data though but manually editing this by hand is near impossible so the level editor at the very least would be required for doing any finer tuning. SVOTI on it's own for what the game uses for global illumination allows for tuning contrast, saturation and diffuse and specular for adjusting the overall image.
